First time visiting this service dept. to have regular maintenance work done on my 23 Lexus NX-350h and to replace a flat tire. Richard Iv was very helpful with all of my needs. I was originally told that my vehicle would be ready the next day, so they provided me with a rental and home I went. My issue was a nail in the sidewall of my run flat tire purchased at the dealership. The repair was covered by the roadside hazard protection provided. Unfortunately the tire was a special order and I dealt with my usual service manager Matt on my first visit and for the repair I dealt with Richard. Both provided excellent guidance, tire was replaced and they examined my other tires and found a nail in one in the tread. They made the repair and all was good.
