Good service provider. The tires the dealership suggested handle well, but they are bulky and make the vehicle lose its sporty appearance. Would much rather have the original low-profile tiers, as it is a black line edition model. I was pleased with the additional services suggested and provided.

Recently purchased an IS 350, it was the best, most un stressful car purchase we have ever had. We dealt primarily with Nick in sales, but have to give a big shout out to Christiano in finance who did not try to pressure us into any of the extra profit makers, even though we did purchase one. Adam and Mike were both very attentive to problem that I was having with my radio, phone, etc. They were both determined to "conquer this issue". I was very relieved when it was discovered that my aftermarket "Car Play" was the issue. Mike completely removed all of it and now my radio and phone are working very well!
