My husband and I had a great experience at the Temecula Valley Lexus dealership. The building itself was beautifully redone, clean, and had great refreshments while we waited. It really added to the great experience we had. We were greeted and helped right away. Jonathan helped us with the purchase of our new family car. He was very informed on the car itself and made sure we knew all of the differences between the two available models. The whole process was smooth for us. Jennifer and Spenser in sales went above and beyond to work out a deal for my wife’s new car. Jennifer acting as the intermediate was very busy as we discussed different vehicles and of course pricing. I wanted a well equipped car with extra features and visibility to maximize wife’s safety. I was greeted like an old friend & treated the same. I drove the regular gas NX but my eye saw the silver NXh sport. I was urged to just drive the hybrid to feel the difference in the drive. I’m not one to leave reviews but the experience I had with Temecula Valley Lexus is something worth mentioning. The staff were nothing but professional, friendly and helpful. From start to finish never have I felt pressured or discouraged, in fact it was the opposite. The numbers had been agreed upon, financing was arranged, all required information had been provided, and we were at the point of scheduling the vehicle for pickup. The paperwork had not yet been signed, but the transaction was otherwise ready to move forward.

Staff is very good. I am unhappy with the policy of making an appointment, which I’ve learned is “check in time “, arriving on/before appointment time and having to wait an hour to an hour and a 1/2 before the work is even begun. Seems like you should be able to schedule service work efficiently to provide your customers more timely service. I could certainly telephone to check in 30-45 minutes prior to actual work is to begin rather than arrive on time to learn that I need to wait for as much as 2 hours!

Good service provider. The tires the dealership suggested handle well, but they are bulky and make the vehicle lose its sporty appearance. Would much rather have the original low-profile tiers, as it is a black line edition model. I was pleased with the additional services suggested and provided.
