Standard Lexus Service Schedule

The Lexus service schedule operates on intervals of 5,000 miles each, which is the equivalent of 6 months drive time if your Lexus is your daily driver in Fallbrook. While the following intervals can generally be applied to all the vehicles in our current lineup, you’ll want to double-check your owner’s manual for your own car’s schedule.

6 months or 5,000 miles 

• Rotate tires and adjust tire pressures as required

12 months or 10,000 miles

• Replace engine oil and oil filter (0W-20)

• Visually inspect brake pads, calipers and rotors

18 months or 15,000 miles

• Clean air conditioner filter
• Inspect and adjust all fluid levels
• Inspect axle shaft boots
• Inspect ball joints and dust covers
• Inspect brake lines and hoses
• Inspect engine coolant
• Inspect exhaust pipes and mounting
• Inspect rack and pinion steering assembly
• Inspect steering linkage and boots

30 months or 25,000 miles 

• Rotate tires and adjust tire pressures as required
• Reset maintenance reminder light
• Road test vehicle
• Check installation of driver’s floor mat*

36 months or 30,000 miles 

• Rotate tires and adjust tire pressures as required
